New Milford Hospital is seeking patients for a series of daytime focus groups, which will be held on September 21-22, 2010. These focus groups are designed to hear about patients’ recent experiences at the Hospital, and to gather ideas for improving care in the future. Staff from the Planetree organization will lead these groups to assess the Hospital’s organizational progress as a Planetree affiliate hospital dedicated to nurturing every patient’s mind, body and spirit.
Specifically, the Hospital is seeking patients who have had experience in using services during the last year for:
• Orthopedics
• One-Day Surgery
• Emergency Department
• Regional Cancer Center
• Laboratory
• Radiology
• Inpatient Care
Each group will meet for approximately 90 minutes at the Hospital. Participants will receive a small gift for volunteering their time and opinions. To participate, please call Louise Schofield at 860-355-2611, ext. 4391 to RSVP and obtain meeting times and locations.
